Soooooooooo good. These meals are so fulfilling and hearty while staying low in calories. The value of this place is unmatched . A comparable business like snap kitchen is charging double for a smaller, unfufilling portion. Huge Minced fan

A total game changer if you struggle with meal planning. Everything is under 600 calories, super filling, and actually tastes good — which is rare for healthy meal prep. After doing my own meal prep for quite some time I decided to try out Minced Meal prep to save some time. The quality of their ingredients and the care they put into each recipe is amazing. The quantity and taste of food in each meal is excellent and I have never been hungry after eating one of their options, despite all of them being less than 600 calories. Their app ordering system worked well and I was able to pick up closer to where I live at another location in Rockwall. I also like that many of their items have a barcode that makes it easy to track on many calorie tracking platforms. My only regret is that I did not try them sooner!

I have been purchasing my lunches from minced for a good amount of time and I highly recommend minced, especially if you have a hard time meal planning on your own. Most of their meals are under 600 cals, are very filling and tasty. I enjoy their rotating selection of meals as they add quite a bit of variety to my lunches. They also have great customer service! I was very impressed that they noticed I ordered from a different once location and called me to let me know incase it was an error. I am sure they just noticed after I have ordered so consistently but they have definitely earned a glowing review and I recommend minced to anyone who talks to me about meal prep and work week lunches.

Finally a delicious and healthy place to pickup food and take it home. If you're into food that tastes great and is good for you, I'd highly recommend trying Minced Meal Prep. This was my first visit. I was given a guided tour of the many items to choose from in their variety of refrigerators. A delightful young lady, Alexa, explained the process, which helped me to understand how I could either pre-order and pick up on another day or purchase anything available in the fridge and take it home now. I chose the latter. When I got home, I started with the salad. A wonderful blend of fresh flavor's. I don't usually eat onions or tomatoes. I dumped the entire side dish, which came with the salad, of this mix into my salad and boy was I happily surprised. The salad was large enough that it made for two meals. This morning I ate some of the veggies and potatoes for breakfast. A perfect blend of spices.
